THE MAGIC KINGDOM ~ THE SCHOOL CAFETERIA

The purpose for this Training Course is quite simple: To Create Exceptional Customer-Centered School Nutrition Programs using the Model of the World-Class Customer Service Provider Disney.  

This Content Driven yet Fun-Filled Training Course Focuses on the Primary Customer: The Kids (The Students ‘Our Guests’). 

The main goal is to SHIFT the School Nutrition Team Members (SNT) perception from being ‘small picture’ Task Oriented to being ‘Big Picture’ Customer-Centered with Heart

School Nutrition Team Members will be empowered to see the Big Picture of: Why We ARE In Business?  (For The Kids ~Saving America One Five Star Meal at a Time)

  • School Nutrition Team Members will develop a Team Spirit of Better*Stronger*Together

  • School Nutrition Team Members will be immersed in Customer-First Traditions that Empower, Engage, Expand, Enlighten, and Energize them.

  • School Nutrition Team Members will develop Tactics (Action Plans) that can be easily implemented when they return to the job. 

  • School Nutrition Team Members will learn Repeatable Big Picture Statements that express their Vision, Mission, & Model that will trigger Positive Actions and shift the paradigm from Task-Oriented to Customer-Centered with Heart.

  • School Nutrition Team Members will create ‘HEART’ Stories that can capture their imagination and motivate and inspire them to remember they do Purposeful work that literally saves lives.   (One out of every 5 children in America is Hungry~ School Nutrition Saves Lives.)

"A heartfelt thank you from myself and my Nutrition Staff for the Stupendous Training that MGM gave to our group.  My staff were all so “pumped up” afterwards and this continued into the school year.  I can’t tell you how many times I went into one of our schools in the past few weeks that someone did not come up to me to thank me for having you present for our opening workshop and how your Training touched them in some way.  I also got a lot of “Better, Stronger, Together’s” and “Nice it up”!!  We have not received one negative comment and many have asked us to please schedule MGM to return to our District again sometime soon.
